in-app purchase nagging on startup

This was one of the better weather apps I’ve tried, right up until the ceaseless nagging started every other time I would open it. Ceaseless and deceptive: the prompt is simply “Want better data?,” not “Would you like to be taken out of the app so you can give us money?” I fine with paying for apps but this one wouldn’t take no for an answer. Deleted.
